Program offering people with an intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder or significant learning challenges to increase their essential employability and community living skills and gain work experience. Students can access:
- college-level courses adapted to the student's needs and limitations
- supervised internships leading to a certificate
- Eligibility
- People with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders or significant learning challenges who meet one of the following criteria:
- have an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD)
- have an Ontario Secondary School Certificate (OSSC)
- have a Certificate of Accomplishment (C of A)
- be less than 19 years of age at the beginning of the school year
- Candidates must also demonstrate:
- the ability to find their own transportation
- a level of autonomy that does not require constant supervision
- a willingness to participate fully in the program
