Description
A provincial voluntary organization dedicated to helping individuals with Tourette Syndrome and their families by:
  • Gathering and distributing information
  • Promoting local self-help and professional services and promoting research
  • Information and referral to community resources is provided
  • Where affiliates exist there are self help support groups and general information meetings and seminars
Tourette Syndrome is a neurological disorder involving involuntary tics (motor and phonic)
  • Associated disorders include attention deficit disorder (ADD), obsessive-compulsive disorders, and behavioural problems stemming from these conditions
Eligibility
Open to all people with an interest in Tourette Syndrome or its associated disorder
