  • parking ticket or other Provincial Offences Act (POA) ticket payment
  • First Attendance Facility for POA or parking tickets
  • submit a Notice of Intention to Appear for POA tickets or parking tickets
  • file an Adjournment Application
  • attend court
  • speak with a Prosecutor
  • speak with a Justice of the Peace

POC Office is no longer directly reachable by phone. Many questions can be answered by phone by 3-1-1 agents at ext 7, and if not, City of Ottawa agents can submit a service request to have the POC office call back.
