Work With Us!

All our current opportunities are posted on the Community Navigation of Eastern Ontario’s Indeed page.

We welcome spontaneous applications at any time. To add your name to our pool of candidates, please send a cover letter and your resume to [email protected] with the email’s subject line: Spontaneous Application. We generally hire through the Indeed platform, but will contact candidates by email should a resume fit with an available opportunity.

Generally, we seek to fill the following roles:

The Community Navigator provides comprehensive information and referrals to inquirers and does assessments for referrals to the crisis response team. Navigators work either daytime weekdays, daytime weekends, or overnight weekdays/weeknights on rotation. The role is perfect for community-focused individuals with a social service background.

The Bilingual Database Curator is responsible for creating, updating, translating, and maintaining database data records in accordance with current data standards. This role is weekday only and is ideal for individuals with high attention to detail and a background in languages.

Thank you for your interest in working with CNEO! We look forward to meeting you.
