About Us

Who we are

Community Navigation of Eastern Ontario (CNEO) is a non-profit, bilingual organization that connects people to community, social, health and government services. While we serve anyone looking for community services and information, our primary focus is on vulnerable populations. We also serve social and community organizations in Eastern Ontario. As a registered charity, we report annually on our activities.

Mission, vision & values

Our mission is to make lives better by connecting the community to the resources they need. Every day.

Our vision is to be the primary source of information for social and community services in Eastern Ontario. We are compassionate, empathetic, respectful and try to be helpful at all times. We also guard personal information with great care.

Our values are at the core of everything we do. We listen, search, guide, connect and empower.
