Join Brain Freeze 2025 –Run for a Cause! Join the annual Brain Freeze 2025 run fundraiser hosted by The Chee Lab at Carleton University to promote wellness in Ottawa. Participants donate what they can and take part in a 5 km walk/run or 10 km run. This year, all proceeds will support The Good Companions Seniors’ Centre in their continuing efforts to provide care and social connections.
