Community Navigation of Eastern Ontario (hey, that's us!) have shared our List of Out of the Cold locations (Ottawa) 2025-2026 (updated November 18th 2025).

The City of Ottawa has released Alternate Neighbourhood Crisis Response (ANCHOR)’s first year infographic and a memo to the City of Ottawa Community Services Committee on ANCHOR in English and French. The results from the first year are quite impressive with 4,464 ANCHOR calls in the first year and that 92.7% of calls are coming directly to 211.

The Community Navigation of Eastern Ontario (CNEO) have released our 2024-2025 Annual Report.

We will host our 2025 Annual General Meeting from 18:00- 19:30 on June 24th at the Centre Pauline-Charron!

United Way East Ontario have shared their Budget 2024 Asks of the Ontario government, including an increase in operational funding for Ontario 211s to ensure they can answer the calls of thousands of Ontarians during a time of increased financial pressure and economic uncertainty.

Community Navigation of Eastern Ontario/211 Eastern Ontario would like to invite you to its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, June 20th, 2023, at 5 pm. The meeting will be held in the second floor boardroom of 2255 St-Laurent Blvd, Ottawa.

The Community Information Bulletin will not be published the week of June 30th, because of the July 1st holiday. We'll be back on July 7th!
